Do you offer Refunds?
All sales are final.
Once your order is placed there cannot be any changes made. Please be sure to verify your order, as well as the address before submitting.
Returns are not accepted, unless items have arrived damaged. Reports of damage must be emailed within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are made on a case-by-case basis. Please take picture of the product with its packaging and email us at: sootheartisansoap@gmail.com for a response within 24-48 hours.
Do you offer exchanges?
Items can only be exchanged that are damaged or defective or cause a visible reaction to skin. Email sootheartisansoap@gmail.com for further assistance. Please include your name, order number, item damaged/defective, and images of item(s). Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
What if my order is not delivered?
Soothe Artisan Soap is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the correct address is on shipping label. We will assist you in working with the mail carrier to compensate you for the loss and replace the order. If you place an order using the wrong address and it has already shipped, we cannot intercept the shipment. If your order is returned to us, “Return to Sender”, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please confirm the address you use is complete and correct before finalizing your order. We cannot be held responsible for stolen packages following successful delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number when your shipment is sent out, and it is your responsibility to ensure safe delivery to your address.
